Return policy
At Rising Dragon Technologies, we take great pride in the quality of our spa and hot tub products. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The product must be unused and uninstalled
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Note: Custom-ordered or made-to-order products (such as specialty jets, custom control panels, or proprietary plumbing components) are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service Team at 423-455-0037 or rdt@risingdragon.us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package the item with all original components, manuals, and accessories.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions.
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain items, especially high-volume or specialty components. This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same item (due to damage or defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship out a replacement at no additional cost once we receive the original product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly—whether through replacement, repair, or return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order products
- Installed or used products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Chemical products once opened
